It seemed like just yesterday that the Lockheed Fire was finally coming under control, but a new fire struck the Brookdale Lodge, leaving 60 residents with only seconds to get out. Fire officials now say that 27 rental units were damaged by the fire. A similar fire had damaged the same buildings just four years ago. The popular inn that is the hub of the complex remained undamaged.
While investigators continue searching for the cause of the fire, they are likely overlooking the ghost of six-year-old Sarah Logan, who drowned in the lodge in the 1940s. Since then, numerous guests have reportedly seen her ghost in various locations around the lodge, including the Fireside Room. According to psychics, there are 49 spirits in the lodge, and one of them could have had a bad-haunt day. Read more at KSBW.

METH HEADS???...where were THEY when we came thru there last week? Had a helluva long drive after the show and could’ve used their “expertise” to keep from nodding-off at the wheel. Must’ve been napping.

I’m not so sure about “ghostly arson”, but I would bet money on the ‘CURSE OF THE METH HEADS” being the cause. Brookdale has long been cursed by the well-known illegal drug activities of it’s residents.
