Prosecutors in Orange County filed charges against Ryan Anthony Jenkins, suspected in the murder of Bonny Doon native Jasmine Fiore. Jenkins, originally from Calgary, Alberta, won fame for appearing in a VH1 reality show. Fiore, his ex-wife, was a swimsuit model who worked for Playboy.
Police now believe that Jenkins strangled Fiore then took her car and drove north to Washington State. There he hopped a speedboat to take him across the border to Canada. A $10 million warrant has been issued for his arrest.
