Harbor High School Football Team Hit by Flu

The football team at Harbor High School hasn’t had a good season this year. Just a few weeks ago, the players discovered that $25,000 of the money they spent all summer to raise was stolen from their coach’s office. As if to add insult to injury, half the team stayed home last week because of a suspected outbreak of the H1N1 virus. Young people under the age of 25 are among the groups most susceptible to the virus.

But once again, the Harbor High Pirates showed their resilience. By this past weekend, the boys were back on the field, and even managed to defeat their rivals from RLS High. See More at KSBW.
